◆ Order Delivery & Shipping
  • Courier: Japan Post's International Express Mail Service (EMS)
  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 7 to 15 business days once payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Dates: Specific delivery dates and times cannot be requested.
  • Delays: Please note that shipping or customs delays may occur during peak periods, or due to severe weather and traffic conditions.
◆ International Shipping Fees (EMS)
Shipping fees are determined by the destination country/物地域:
  • China, South Korea, Taiwan: ¥2,500
  • Other Asian Countries: ¥3,500
  • Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: ¥5,000
  • United States: ¥6,000
◆ Customs Duties and Taxes
  • International Taxes: For shipments outside of Japan, additional customs duties, import taxes, and local consumption taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply depending on the destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (buyer). They are not included in the product price or shipping fee and will be billed directly by the local customs office or the courier service upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office directly for details.
◆ In-Store Pickup (Japan Only)
If you plan to visit Japan, you can also pick up your order at our physical store with zero shipping or handling fees.

  • How to Pick Up: Once you receive our "Order Ready for Pickup" email, please reply with your scheduled date of visit.
